The COLL3CTIV3’s design philosophy is built on two foundational principles. The first pillar focuses on the human aspect, showcasing diverse stories and emotions through design elements that highlight significant events or feelings. This core purpose adapts to each collection’s specific focus. The second pillar involves a nature-inspired concept or idea, extensively researched both visually and conceptually. This approach changes with each collection, aiming to mimic and communicate natural phenomena effectively. For each collection, after selecting and analyzing a natural theme, the brand conducts interviews to find commonalities between personal stories and the chosen theme. These insights help bridge the human and natural elements in a cohesive design. The inaugural collection, STRANG3 ATTRACTION, explores chaos theory, specifically strange attractors and fractals. By interviewing individuals from diverse backgrounds and finding patterns in their life stories, the brand connects chaos theory to human experiences. This connection emphasizes that understanding patterns in chaotic systems can help us understand our collective existence. STRANG3 ATTRACTION aims to build a community around the concept of chaotic interpersonal connections, promoting empathy, compassion, and unity through its designs.
