About
Hi, my name is Eva. I am a recent master's graduate of Interaction Design at the National College of Art and Design Dublin. My main focus is user research and discovering ways to build and deliver digital products that both delight and serve the user. I am also interested in exploring the ways that design and its impact can be used for good.
Why have I tried going vegan so many times but have never managed to stick with it? This was the question that inspired my major project. Through body-storming the experience and various rounds of concept testing, I got to the root of the problem: loneliness. Food is as much about social connection as it is about nutrition, something that is often neglected during this process. So, I created Veganish, a social space for new vegans to connect with each other. Here, friends can share photos of their vegan meals every day, which not only provides inspiration and motivation for users but also a sense of community and belonging.
