About
Im a swiss graphic designer based in Lucerne, where i graduated this year. In graphic design I especially like loud colors and even louder typography. Be it in form of editorial design, posters or even designing my own typeface.
8 PM is a constructed monospace font consisting of nine modular, repeating segments. As a display font, it tests the limits of typographic design and combines the strict limitations of classic segment displays with contemporary type design. Thanks to its variable axes, it can be smoothly interpolated between the Wristwatch, Camcorder, and Discman styles — as well as between different degrees of visual fragmentation.
